Welcome
Important Note re: Articles
Thank you all for your continued readership. While it may seem obvious to many of you, I've had a couple people tell me that they didn't realize that each item in the newsletter links to a full article, video, site, tweet, etc. Some seem to have thought that my synopsis was the point of the newsletter.
On the contrary, my synopsis is meant to give you a quick overview so you can decide what to browse and what to read for yourself. Each item in the newsletter (with the exception of opening comments such as these) links out to a source. Happy reading!

Israel Falsely Accused Of Cutting Palestinian Water
Recently, a main water line providing fresh water to Palestinians in the West Bank (provided by Israel) burst due to a faulty pipe. This rupture temporarily cut the water supply to the West Bank during Ramadan.
The international media's initial reaction was to cite an Al Jazeera report that claimed that Israel purposely cut water to Palestinians during Ramadan as a form of arbitrary punishment. Even when the truth came out, many outlets refused to retract their stories. The truth was that, in fact, Israel had recently increased the water supply to the West Blank.
Tweet Highlights Double Standard Of Blockade
Khaled Abu Toameh's short tweet commenting on and quoting the Israeli Coordination of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) sheds a lot of light on the double standard applied to the blockade of Israel.
Critics are very quick to complain about Israel's blockade of Gaza, but the same critics ignore the fact that Egypt imposes the same exact blockade on Gaza. Further, Israel actually facilitates tons of aid (most of which it pays for) to Gaza while Egypt does not. Despite this, again, Israel is the sole target of criticism.

World Health Organization Condemns Israel
In yet another example of a world body's singular obsession with Israel, the World Health Organization (WHO) passed a resolution condemning Israel for its military operations near Palestinian hospitals. The resolution fails to mention, of course, that Hamas uses hospitals for command centers, fires rockets from hospital environs and forces civilians to serve as human shields. The resolution also fails to recognize Israel's unprecedented efforts to limit civilian casualties or Israel's efforts to set up field hospitals for Palestinians.
British Inquiry Finds Aid Benefited Terrorists
Hold on to your hats for this surprise: the British government commissioned an independent study that found that British foreign aid to the Palestinian Authority may not have been used for good. Who would have known?

Israel Anything But Isolated
This Bloomberg roundup covers several recent examples of why BDS is completely failing at isolating Israel. Diplomatic relations, foreign investments and foreign trade are rising more than ever!
Anti-Semitism
Belgian Jewish student ‘gassed’ with deodorant by classmates in showers, says mom
I think the title of this article speaks for itself. It is a vile story of one of the worst anti-Semitic acts of recent times. What's worse, it happened at an elementary school. This incident proves that the anti-Semitism of Europe is deep-seeded and taught early.

State Anti-BDS Legislation Is Not Unconstitutional
Much has been debated lately about the anti-BDS legislation that has been passed in about 11 states, most recently New York. In this article, Eugene Kontorovich explains why such laws do not violate the Constitution.
